At The Blueprint Project, we believe that the future of our industry is being shaped by the young minds of today. Our mission is to empower and inspire a new generation of tradespeople through our innovative youth program. We provide hands-on experience in a variety of trades, from carpentry to electrical work, and everything in between. Our program is designed to ignite a passion for the construction industry, and to equip young people with the skills and confidence they need to succeed. We're not just building buildings, we're building futures. Our goal is to inspire young people to take ownership of their education, and to pursue a career that is rewarding, challenging, and fulfilling. As a student teacher in training and owner of Handmade Joinery & Construction, I'm passionate about empowering young people to succeed in the construction industry. That's why I founded The Blueprint Project, a program that provides post-16 students with hands-on experience in various trades over the summer. My vision is to bridge the gap between education and industry, offering valuable skills and expert guidance to help young people discover their perfect trade fit. With my experience working with students across different schools, I've seen firsthand the lack of opportunities and support available to help them prepare for apprenticeships. Through The Blueprint Project, I'm dedicated to changing this narrative and building a more effective industry that fosters growth and success for young people.

As a student teacher and owner of AD Custom Cuts, I am passionate about empowering young people to achieve their career aspirations, particularly in the construction industry. I firmly believe that students interested in construction deserve guidance to make informed decisions about their future. Through my experience, I've seen first hand that hands-on experience and a streamlined approach can greatly benefit young people in understanding the trades and opportunities they offer. This is why I co-founded The Blueprint Project, a program designed to provide practical learning experiences and insights into various trades, ultimately helping young people make informed decisions about their future career path.
